RETURN POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, *we are happy to offer you a refund.
When you buy online you have additional rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations (this applies to UK and European customer only) . If you as the purchaser notify us in writing to the email address or return address below, of your wish to return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving, *we will refund you for the purchase price excluding delivery cost. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you using the same payment method (If you paid by PayPal, we will refund you by PayPal). Shipping is paid by the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom made pieces are non-refundable.
*Custom made pieces can be returned only in exceptional cases, get in touch if that is the case.
Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hrs after the order is placed, after that time the order can’t be cancelled under any circumstances.
