If I like a piece. Can I request for a gemstone or material different than the combination you offer on the website?
Yes, definitely. It is all about having the piece you will never want to take off, we can play with different metals or stones combinations.
Are they all genderless pieces?
Of course, we are living in a time where we can wear whatever makes us happy as long as we respect our environment.
How do I know my ring size?
You can rather ask in any shop or measure it the interior diameter of a ring you already have.
Can I shower with my necklace?
You can, just try not to apply directly any abrasive products like perfume, also no pool if your necklace is a silver one. For all pieces in gold, basically you don’t need to remove it ever.
What can I expect after placing an order?
After your order has been placed, we will get in touch within 24 hours. If we need extra details to make your custom made piece, it will be asked on that email. Also you will be notified when your order has been shipped.
How long does it take to make my custom made piece?
Depending on what piece, it can take up to 3 weeks. If your piece is ready before the initial estimated time you will be notified by email.
How long does it take to receive a ready to wear piece?
